Dual major in psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences and public relations in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Major/Minor: Dual major in psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences and public relations in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Anticipated graduation year: 2023

Describe your Syracuse experience in a couple of sentences:
Syracuse has allowed me to explore so many different aspects of the world, while also furthering my education. I have learned so much about myself and what I want my life to look like post-graduation because of my experience at Syracuse.

How is the College of Arts & Sciences preparing you for your future career?
A&S has allowed me to take a wide range of courses that I am passionate about that also relate to my major. Specifically, I recently took a Forensic Psychology class that I was fascinated by and allowed me to study a subject I never thought I would be able to. Being able to combine my arts and sciences degree with my public communications degree as a dual major, has provided me with knowledge beyond what I could have ever imagined and has prepared me that much more for my future endeavors.

Have you performed any internships?
I have completed two internships over the last two years. The most recent was in London partaking in Syracuse’s London Abroad summer program where I worked for FINN Partners and Marketing and Public Relations Agency. The first was last summer when I worked with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Both experiences were amazing and provided me with the opportunity to apply what I had been learning in the classroom at Syracuse into practice in the real world. They have also allowed me to gain an understanding of the type of work I hope to be doing once I graduate.

What has been your favorite Syracuse experience so far?
So far, my favorite experience at Syracuse was during my freshman year, my first week, when I was starting to meet people on my floor, who have ended up being my closest friends ever since and are people I know I can always count on.

Why do you think giving is important?
There are many reasons why giving is important, but to me, I feel like the most important reason to give is to help give equal opportunities to all students. Giving allows Syracuse to continue to provide not only an education but also countless memories for generations to come.

What does it mean to you to be Orange?
To be Orange means putting your best effort forth in all your endeavors and it means being a part of a community that is always there for you and will support you no matter what. Being Orange comes with a sense of pride.
