What attracted you to Syracuse University?
I was initially attracted to the energy and the community that I felt as soon as I stepped on campus. I also loved the sense of family I felt in the Engineering school and of course the amazing opportunities, which made it clear that this is where I wanted to be.

What organizations are you involved with on-campus?
I’m involved in Engineering World Health, the Forever Orange Student Alumni Council, AEW Facilitators and I am part of Phi Sigma Sigma. All of these organizations have made a big contribution to making my experience at SU so amazing.

How has your time at Syracuse shaped you?
Syracuse has pushed me out of my comfort zone, while having immense support from faculty and peers. It has given me my friends for life and has taught me so many things inside and outside of the classroom.

What motivates you to give back to Syracuse?
Syracuse has given me so much is so many different ways. I feel that my experience here is seriously priceless, which is why I am motivated to give back.

What has been your favorite Syracuse experience so far?
My favorite experience so far has been when we beat Clemson in football two years ago. The student sections stormed the field when we won the game, and it was something I never thought I would experience. My friends and I talk about all the time to this day.

Why do you think alumni should support SU?
Alumni should support SU so that other students can get the same opportunities and experiences as we've had. The resources that are available to us, truly make a difference in our education and overall experience here, so it's really important that we all work on making sure we can provide that for future students.

If you had a chance to thank a donor right now, what would you say?
I would thank them for all that they do and express to them how much of an impact their donation has made on me and my peers. Giving them a glimpse into what we are able to accomplish with their donations, makes donors much more willing to show their support.

Why are you proud to be a part of the Orange family?
I am proud to be part of a family that shamelessly wears bright orange and has a fruit as their mascot! The SU family truly goes beyond the four years you spend on campus.
